Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Amrezo Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the Sovereign software application and related services (“Application”).

By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Sovereign, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Application.
License Grant
Amrezo Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Sovereign on macOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or professional use and in accordance with these Terms.
The Application is licensed, not sold.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Amrezo Inc.
Distribution and Licensing
Sovereign is distributed directly through the Sovereign website rather than through an application marketplace.
Software activation and licensing are managed through Keyforge.dev, which validates access to the Application.
Your use of the Application requires a valid license associated with your purchase.
Licenses may not be transferred, resold, sublicensed, or shared unless explicitly permitted by Amrezo Inc.
Payments and Subscriptions
Payments for Sovereign subscriptions are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
Stripe may collect and process payment information necessary to complete transactions
Stripe’s services are governed by Stripe’s own terms and privacy policies
Subscription fees may renew automatically unless cancelled
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and managing your subscription.
Local Storage and Data Control
Sovereign is designed with a local-first architecture.
Workspace data including notes, prompts, conversations, and documents are stored locally on your device using local storage mechanisms.
Amrezo Inc. does not maintain servers that store or host user workspace data.
You are solely responsible for:
securing your device
managing backups
preventing unauthorized access
maintaining compliance with professional obligations
Amrezo Inc. is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or device failure.
Artificial Intelligence Services
Sovereign provides AI-assisted functionality to help generate drafts, summaries, and other outputs.
When AI features are used, text you provide may be securely transmitted to a third-party AI provider to generate responses.
The AI provider operates under:
Zero Data Retention (ZDR) settings
Business Associate Agreements (BAA) where applicable
AI-generated content may be:
inaccurate
incomplete
misleading
inconsistent between uses
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it.
Sovereign does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated outputs.
Professional Use and Responsibility
Sovereign is a productivity and documentation support tool only.
The Application:
does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, or legal advice
does not diagnose conditions
does not determine treatment or legal strategies
does not replace professional judgment
You acknowledge and agree that:
all professional responsibility remains entirely yours
you must independently review and approve any content generated by the Application
you must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and ethical standards governing your profession
No Emergency or Real-Time Use
Sovereign is not designed for emergency, crisis, or real-time decision-making situations.
You must not rely on the Application in circumstances where delays, inaccuracies, or software failure could result in harm to individuals or property.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
use the Application for unlawful purposes
reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
attempt to extract source code
redistribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or sell the Application
use the Application in ways that violate professional, legal, or ethical obligations
Updates and Modifications
Amrezo Inc. may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Application.
Updates may add, remove, or change features.
Continued use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
Amrezo Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of:
accuracy
reliability
fitness for a particular purpose
non-infringement
We do not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amrezo Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.
This includes, but is not limited to:
loss of data
loss of business
loss of profits
professional liability
business interruption
In no event shall the total liability of Amrezo Inc. exceed the amount you paid for the Application during the preceding twelve (12) months.
Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated.
Amrezo Inc. may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, you must cease using the Application and delete all copies in your possession.
Changes to These Terms
Amrezo Inc. may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be published on the Sovereign website with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
